Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product hasn't measurably improved, increased $$$ It's not worth the increased cost this year. It keeps trying to "up-sell" you to higher cost products with no benefit. I was very disappointed this year!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They charged me an extra $39 just to deposit refun The site was horrible. Hardly anything transferred over. Had to enter most of it myself. Then you charged me for the premium because I had capitol gain carry over. Then to really top it me off, you charged me $39 just to have refund deposited into my own bank account. I paid over $200 for your crummy site. I could have had an accountant do it all for me for that cost. NEVER EVER again. You really dropped your site. This was the most confusing plan ever!

Given that I waiting until two days before the filing deadline, I am sure the tax experts are super busy so I am extremely grateful for the time and care he took to address my concerns.
