Rated 2 out of 5 by from Go to an accountant. Turbo Tax used to be free but no more. I had no option for not to pay. My refund said 1000.00 but I paid 1000.00. Search questions didn't answer fully. I'm not a fan of turbo tax this year. Not at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from frustrated I have been using turbo tax for many years. I was very frustrated this year trying to file my state tax by mail. TT seems to make it very difficult trying to force me to e-file and of coarse spend the absurd price of $25.
