Rated 1 out of 5 by from Forced me to upgrade to most expensive service I was finished with my taxes, when I went to finalize taxes, I was forced to upgrade from mid level price/service to their max level price structure- ALL I had was a W2- the "live chat" is awful and after 20 minutes of waiting I was connected. Then the agent asked me to hold for a moment. This moment turned into 15 minutes with still no response. To boot, every time me or the agent entered anything in the chat box, it went all the way back to the top of the chat, super irritating all around-

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes it easy to file ... Again! I have an older MacBook Pro and cannot upgrade to the required iOS so i used the online version to file. Operated seamlessly and this was a great experience overall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes me feel like a tax expert! I am military, own three rental properties, and live abroad while maintaining home-state residency. Takes me a few hours but TurboTax makes filing a breeze, even for me, and I always feel that I'm getting the best returns. The standard help menu is getting better every year. No regrets!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Constant asking to upgrade is annoying. I don't appreciate being asked 4 times to up grade, then saying .. "ARE YOU SURE" by making me click another time to get out of the sales pitch. Ill find another tax service next year.
