It is easy to use and since I have used it many years, it is very familiar to me. I feel very comfortable using it and never have had any issues in the calculations it does. When I am using it, I feel like I have an old friend helping me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tax return got very complicated last year I recently inherited some rental properties. This prompted me to seek help with tax returns for my first time. I initially purchased the software from a warehouse club but my computer would not support the program. I did not realize this at first and ended up preparing my taxes through the web portal. Upon completion, I was perplexed as to why I was being charged again for the software that I had purchased. I requested assistance and when Nicole called to help she explained the difference between downloaded software and web direct software. She was able to get me a discount for the web version and then Costco refunded my purchase of the download software.
