Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is ok, but Intuit Isn't I have not been able to get into my Turbo Tax account. It tells me that the username and password do not match their records. But tonight I discovered that if I say I have forgotten my password, it sends me a code to verify me and lets me in??? I think Intuit should .change their instructions. I spent a lot of frustrated time trying to sign in.

But whatever nonsense market research group told you to keep adding more and more animations and checks and verifications and all that nonsense to 'enhance consumer trust' ended up with a product that gets more bloated and jenky each year. I only keep using it b/c y'all have my info saved from last year. and please stop upselling me throughout the process. You're already charging me for premium.
