Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax C- at Best Several problems with the software and Customer service. You're supposed to get 5 Federal filings, but when my son went to use it for his return, when he entered the License Code it told him that the it this code had already been used, and I was the only one that used it...just one time! I spent several hours trying to pay my GA State Tax and e-file. When I got to the E-File point, for my state tax it said I had the option to pay by ACH, Direct Debit, Credit Card, or Check, but when I clicked on continue to the payment page, it did not give me the option to pay by Credit Card. I had several other problems with the program, but I don't have time to go into all of them. I will touch on one program issue and comment on C Svc. The program took my Social Security Income from my Federal return and placed it in the Railroad Retirement Income box. I would understand this if I messed up on the Federal form and placed it in the RRI box, but it was correct on my Federal return. While I'm glad I caught it I went from a $426 refund to owing $729 on my state tax. Regarding Customer Service, I spent several hours over the past two weeks on hold and never got through to anyone. The closest I got was after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, someone came on the line and then I was disconnected!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use! It was so fast and easy to just enter everything in. Did it myself in just over and hour. It was very user friendly for someone doing it for the first time on their own. Highly recommend using them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some things are missing after consulting with the IRS, it would be easier if Turbo Tax had direct links to specific lines on the Form, such as Line 4, 8a. I spent way too much time trying to alter information and trying to find the right spot.

Taxes are never easy but with Turbo Tax, it does make the process a little less intimidating and infuriating to get thru.
