I like the fact that Turbo Tax remembers many features of my tax situation from year to year. I also like the automated calculations - to save me from inadvertent errors.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor amendment process / good initial filing Filing my taxes was quite quick and easy But I had forgotten 1 form so I had to amend my taxes. And the process for amendment is very poor: it didn't allow me to select bank transfer as method of payment, and I could not reach a customer service rep for help. I eventually discovered that it worked with the check option, but after filing the amendment it asked me to mail a form which says I owe money even though the IRS owes me money after the amendment. I'm very surprised and disappointed by Intuit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Tech System doesn't recognize me Using Turbotax is very good. However, this year I had ENORMOUS problems in paying either for the product or filing my taxes. The only way the program let me do either was by entering a fake address. Thank goodness for my TT expert who helped me set up this adress. Go figure. I'm not a techie but I wish the TurboTax nerds would fix this
