Rated 2 out of 5 by from Continues to believe House is an Apartment For state tax filing, the form will not accept no Apartment number as an answer and has me review the document over and over until I enter a 0. There are no options to change the address type to indicate it's not an apartment! Should be a simple fix, so I'm not sure why this is the 2nd year it's happening. There were other forms with similar issues during the review process which makes me think the $250 charge for the service is a bit much when I don't even use 90% of what I'm supposedly being charged for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Missing "explanations", but overall good. I have used TurboTax for over a decade and I have rarely encountered any issues. This year I only encountered one in the dependent care credit. It stated that we did not qualify but it did not give an answer why. Having to pay for somone to tell me I may not get money seems unfair. When I asked the system it only said "we dont have the answer now." It took me several days to find an answer elsewhere. That has been the only issue I have ever had. Overall I like it and recommend it.
