Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is OK It was a little cumbersome to me. I used TaxAct for the past few years. I was stuck on how to delete a form that I mistakenly said I needed. I ended up calling for some guidance. The person did help me delete the form. After deletion it was OK for me to file both my federal and state.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax insisted I didn't file with them. I did. In what I suspect is a NULL error, I left a line blank last year on my AGI line 11, and TurboTax couldn't parse that a NULL and 0 value were the same, and so insisted that I must not have filed with them last year, despite my having records to the contrary. Additionally, I dislike the tax preparation lobby, who help keep our tax laws byzantine in this nation, so we're docking another star for that. You did help me to file though, so 2 stars. I probably could have filled out the 1 form I needed on my own.
