Turbo Tax did not tell me that if I claimed a dependent, the 1095-A for that dependent must me included on my tax return even though the dependent was filing their own tax return. Even when the e-filing for my 1040 was rejected by the IRS for this reason, Turbo Tax mentioned "1095-A", but still in no way identified the reason for the rejection and how to fix it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No help unless you pay pay pay There was a glitch that prevented us from filing on line. My daughter forgot to mark that she was a dependent when she filed her returns. This kept us from being able to file with her as a dependent. We were told she needed to amend her returns to show she was a dependent and then we would be able to e-file. This has not been the case and they want us now to pay to get it fixed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBOTAX DELUXE CD - EXCELLENT PRODUCT I HAD TO CALL INTUIT CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE WHILE COMPLETING MY FEDERAL 1040. FIRST TIME I CALLED BC I EVIDENTLY ORDERED THE CD TWICE. THE SECOND TIME I CALLED BC THE W-2 WAGES I ENTERED DID NOT SHOW UP ON LINE 1A LIKE IT DID IN 2021. INSTEAD, IT WAS EMBEDDED IN LINE 8.
