Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good until it came to payment time. We put in credit card information for federal payment, but Turbo Tax DID NOT GIVE ME AN OPTION TO PAY MY Minnesota TAX by credit card. It gave me a link to MN Revenue to pay by credit card, but that link did not take me to the right place to pay by credit card. BY the time I figured it out and paid my state tax by credit card and went back to continue at Turbo TAX, it had timed me out. It kept taking me back to the same payment place, but I couldn't get past the state payment page, and I KEPT HAVING TO PUT MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN, NOPT KNOWING IF MY CARD HAD ALREADY BEEN CHARGED!! And I couldn't move forward to file. With the help of a very nice lady named Carla, who called me back after a 90 minute wait, we figured out I could click on "Pay by Check" to continue and FINALLY i was able to submit my taxes. Now I have to make sure I do not get charged more than once for my Federal taxes. Incredibly frustrating!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from User friendly It was very user friendly. It was so user friendly that I thought I would need help completing it, but I didn't. Just wish if you didn't use the live help, it would give you the option to downgrade the package you signed up for. I received a call but they hung up and didn't talk to me. So I received zero live help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome It took me a few hours to get through the process, but that's just because all my tax documents and paperwork were not all organized in one place. Once you have all your docs together, the process is quick, one should get through within an hour or less especially if one doesn't have a business. My only issue that TurboTax is very pricy, I paid more than $240, it's a little misleading on pricing from the beginning, and you get surprised with the extra charges at the end when you are ready to file, state in price separately, and additional cost for Max and other options.
