Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very helpful! I had made a mistake on the tax form. Turbo tax made several attempts to email me to correct it. I did not respond to the emails (totally my fault). They even called me. The woman on the phone helped guide me through it until I successfully fixed the mistake and filed my return. Im very grateful for their help!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy, efficient and provides confidence Turbo Tax is the best online tax service in my opinion. Three years ago when filling during Covid, they were the only preparer who had the Disaster Relief form for online filers and didn't force me into a store where they would try to upsale me. I had another service and that is what they kept trying to do. They ability to enter information and feel confidence in every deduction being found and the efficient way it goes through the questions and continues to keep updated information for. The ability to stop and go right back to where you left off even if it was a week or more before you were able to sit down and process makes it the best. Thanks Turbo Tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I could not hate this product more Let's see, where shall I start? --Constant fear-based upsells every 5 slides --Asks me questions about what happened in prior years. All of my returns have been filed with Turbotax for the last 10 years. Turbotax can't look at my prior year's return and answer the question for me? And when I try to look for prior returns to answer it myself I can't easily find them. Awesome --Hiding consent for your data behind the guise of "we just need this info to help file your taxes". You're already taking $200+ for me to file my federal and state taxes and I have to give my data for free? --Integrations with my financial institutions are not easy to use and often break. I realize that APIs are a two-way street, but I am paying extra to file my taxes to make the experience easier

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 8 Years of EASY Tax Returns I Have used TurboTax for the last 8 years now and I don't know if I could have done my taxes without them! They make it so easy to go through all the needed procedures to file taxes, it is super fast to use, and helps you get more money than expected!! Thanks to TurboTax I can rest easy and get taxes done in 15 minutes, talk about easy money!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXPENSIVE BUT GOOD Tax pros will do it for less but I somehow find this weirdly enjoyable. I think it's watching the refund amount climb up as I enter the information. Even though it's MY money and it's just coming back into my bank account, it still feels good. :D
