This year svc was very poor I had to have numerous calls with Turbo Tax representatives and in many cases I was better able to navigate the software than they were. Further, anytime I had a tax-specific question there was not near the level of knowledge I'd expect given I had signed up for "Live" or whatever the premium package is called. In the end I had hoped to simply get a refund for payment, print my return and send it to an independent 3rd party for review.
