Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still gritting my teeth every April I don't love TurboTax. Doing my taxes is just as long, difficult and frustrating. There are times when TurboTax asks me the same questions over and over and over again. And there are deductions I have to search our and find on my own. TurboTax does not walk me through all of them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Site had issues when it was time to print After spending over 2 hours going through everything when it got to printing the site kept saying it was having issues and should be fixed in a few minutes. After almost an hour of clicking print every few minutes I gave up an said the hell with it. I tried calling to talk to a live person to make sure I can get back on and print later, but getting past the automated system to a live person was a complete waste of time. I wont be using this service next year after dealing with the issues I ran into this evening.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very convienent ! I'm thankful for the service turbo tax offers, also the extended options to receive assistance furthermore if needed. Also the "plus protection" seems protective with a great deal momentarily.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Helpful software that's still a scam I find TurboTax to be super user friendly -- I've never had an issue doing my taxes. However, it is really screwed up that TurboTax lobbyists work so hard to prevent free and affordable tax support. for normal Americans. I'm a teacher and my spouse works in the tourism industry -- we are hardly millionaires and it would be really nice to not pay the extra fees
