Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like Having a Tax Accountant at Home Why everyone doesn't use Turbo Tax is beyond me. It is so simple and yet if you get hung up on something a LIVE person comes onto your computer screen like a little tax fairy and walks you through whatever question you have. With the tips along the way being given, I don't doubt that I am getting the biggest refund possible. I hate filing taxes, but I love Turbo Tax!!!

How can Turbo tax charge me $59 dollars to file my federal return and then force me to file electronically with the state for another $59 dollars when in recent pass you had the option to send your printed out file return to the state in the mail for free. It's not right how this platform lies and states you can do your filing for a specific fee of $59 dollars when in fact this is a plea to get more money out the customer!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not free with only one w2 no depenents - they lie Started free efile on my aunt's computer since I dont have one. Put in my name and one w2 and then it upgraded to deluxe for no reason. So I had to pay $98. NOT FREE I am not happy
