Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was great until I found out I could not downgrade Tax stuff was great! However, I somehow got onto the premier plan and in order to downgrade, you have to clear your ENTIRE return. So if you find out at the end you are out of luck unless you just love filling it all out again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from lot of bugs Not happy with Turbo Tax this time. Lot of bugs. Please have that fixed in future releases. I used a coupon and it worked first time, but when I went and reviewed it, its gone and not working after that.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Forms to Print After the painful process of not understanding the descriptions for certain forms that I haven't previously needed, paying, and e-filing, it says that there are forms that I need to print and mail... but it doesn't work nor does it tell me which forms they are!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is an awesome Product I have previously had to get my taxes done by someone else in the past, however since '2014' when I first decided to use Turbo Tax Deluxe, which made things so much easier for me, I have been doing my own taxes. Thank you Turbo Tax!

I had an especially challenging time with with the tax deduction section around IRA contributions. Still not honestly sure I did it right. Also completely unclear why I'm paying for TurboTax "Premium" this year. Just generic "some features you used require premium". I haven't had anything new or special to file in years
