Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsatisfied The interphase was simple, however prices constantly are increasing this is not a free service. Your "live tax preparer" is no help in in aspect or regards and again falsely advertised as a free service but do not give users the ability to opt out of premium services. I will not be using this tool next year and go to a CPA and save my energy, time, and money since its the same price clearly and atleast the CPA does the work for me
