Disliked not being able to see the forms as we were doing the work so that we could compare with prior year/s. Disliked chat function: slow, often showed irrelevant options when we thought we were paying for expert help, not to links to generic help links. Almost $300? We're going to go with a human being next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used Turbo Tax for at least 15 yrs It has been easy to complete my taxes for the last 15 years and I'm not an accountant and have never been an accountant. Spent the last 10 yrs prior to retirement in Aerospace and in 2 machine shops. Great product, super easy to follow the step by step method of filing, very user friendly and the options to review, go back, print any form and actually efile is so easy a child that can read could file a tax return
