Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy to Use but Not Worth the Price If you have basic filings, I no longer think Turbo Tax is worth the price. It cost more to file both state and federal than I got back on my return, and there are other options out there that are significantly cheaper for the basic tax filing - 1/4 to 1/2 the price. Used Turbo Tax for years, but this consistently happens to me so won't be using it any longer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Lobbies to make Taxes Harder I spent $120 doing my taxes with TurboTax, it would have been free if Intuit didn't actively lobby the government to make it harder for Americans to do taxes. I will start my taxes earlier next year to avoid having to use this company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2022 Tax Return with Turbo TAX Very bad experience with turbo tax for the first time in many many years using it. Had to pay, unable to use Cosco already paid license code for deluxe. Could not use. Very difficult this year to prepare my basic taxes. Probably will use another option next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Increased they're Fees I appreciate and am paying for the guidance within the software. I do not understand why you felt the need to increase your fees by $20.00, however. During this challenging time for low to middle class individuals/families, you should have compassion and not increase your fees because everyone else is doing the same.
