Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax is great but the picture function is not I had a quick time inputting my information with the photo option, but one line was inputted incorrectly and had my federal tax over 20k! I had to call support to figure out the issue, but the woman I spoke with was amazing and extremely helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is easy but fees are too high I have used TurboTax for many years and always got to file free being my husband was military. Since he retired, we lost that option. Why?? We hate that you select a filing plan for us that we can't change. It is easy and convenient but we have gotten less and less back each year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Always over charges Every year I am over charged... called this year and told them what the original price I was told was and they gave me a service code for 30% off... didn't even come close to the price it was supposed to be. Didn't turbo tax already get a lawsuit for this??? Plus, I never saw my refund from that either. This is the absolute last year I will be using this service.
