Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent enough, still cheaper than most preparers. TurboTax is decent tax prep software. It has some limitations on e-filing that don't make sense. For example, TurboTax might auto-fill a non-calculation field incorrectly, and if you correct it, TurboTax won't let you e-file. Also, TurboTax can miss some tax savings opportunities. For example, why not continue to carry forward an investment interest deduction when using it generates no tax benefit? (TurboTax lets you use it so you won't have it in the future when it might be helpful.)

When I have a question, I enjoy being able to use the question box to find out what a particular line item means. I've used other products before but have consistently used Turbo Tax for the last four years and am happy I made the decision.
