Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes taxes not so overwhelming!! Having multiple W2s is overwhelming, but Turbo Tax made it so much easier to complete. Especially with being able to auto fill if your employer was linked with ADP.

This year, I encountered a minor glitch with my State Tax return that was a frustrating blocker; I was unable to proceed to file electronically, gahh! Thankfully, utilizing the embedded tech support option, I was connected to Antonnea who was able to guide me through my return step-by-step to resolve the problem and successfully file my return electronically using TurboTax! Thank you, TurboTax and specifically, Antonnea! Stay gold.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs to be easier to switch between tax forms It was fine, but I was forced into the self-employed (and more expensive) form due to prior years. I am no longer self-employed and it was nearly impossible to switch without starting all over, which would have been time consuming. I paid more than I should have for the service that I received. This is not OK.
