Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax My experience with TT this year was a bit frustrating. I had issues with a 1099 R entry and the questions that followed after the upload. I deleted and reloaded and the Refund/Owe numbers were changing in wide swinging discrepencies. It gave me no clue as to what the error was. After the fact, I believe it was an error with the Upload , I think the SW could have given an indicatiion of that. I worked with an Online expert for more than an hour. She was great! We finally deleted the 1099 and reentered manually and that solved the errors Not only did she step through the troubleshooting with me she also was supportive.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The HELP button didn't work for the entire process Ridiculous! Tried to use the HELP button for clarification on the various line items only to be told, didn't exist. Also, bought the MAC version (my fault) by mistake from Costco and after realizing my mistake, I can't get the refund. Frustrated!
