Rated 3 out of 5 by from Charged for Premium Services I lost count of how many times I tried to remove Premium Services from my total tally at the end. I did not use any premium services and over the course of 3 weeks I tried countless times to remove it before doing my final filing. Every time I tried the page would go blank and I would start again. It was an unnecessary charge of $44 and I am not happy about it.

I went away from it for one year and found the competitor product to be less user friendly and much more difficult to use. this by far has been the best product I've seen on the market to date. I would recommend its use to anyone.

It makes something like filing my taxes, which is a very painful process for me, very smooth and easy to navigate. As a user experience professional, I highly recommend the UX of TurboTax. They make a painful process very simple and easy to follow!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like that it's partnered with my bank account I'm not sure I would do this again. I did like that it was partnered with my bank. However, there were too many side things to fill out that ended up not even being used-ie deductions I dug out, entered, then found out a standard was better. LIVE SUPPORT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY! I specifically chose the not free version so I could use a live support option. When they "called" me, it said I had been disconnected, it was the last time I would hear from them, and then automatically disconnected the call. Luckily I was eventually able to figure out the issue myself after a long while of searching the site, googling, & clicking the right option. If you are going to offer the option & CHARGE PEOPLE MONEY, the option should work.
