Rated 3 out of 5 by from Illinois tax voucher mailing address is wrong.... Cover sheet looks like it is the correct address to mail your Illinois tax return if you owe money. Voucher still has April 15 for date and wrong address according to cover sheet and Illinois tax web site... Very disappointed..........

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More difficult every year for special circumstance I have been using TurboTax since the early 90's - when it was a DOS system. I used the Home & Business version, but I have found that as the years go on, the more complicated situations are not handled well by the Step by Step. Any number of times this year, I entered information in the Step by Step, only be find that errors occurred during the check because something on the forms wasn't entered by the software. It simply required adding the information to the forms - not an override. In addition, I spent 3 hours on the phone with a WONDERFUL tech guy, who couldn't get me past the fact that TurboTax insisted that for 2020, Code "W" in box 17 of the S Corp K-1 is not being used for W-2 wages. It kept giving me an error saying it was reserved for future use. Independently, I finally discovered there was a place to enter it, but nothing in TurboTax got me there, it was just through playing with the system trying to find it. More and more disappointed every year, folks. Last year was the first time I'd given you below a "5" and I gave you a "4". This year it has to be a "3".

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't you want my money? The billing portion of the program was the worse. I tried to purchase the state app and then pay the e-file fee and it would not work. I had to change the scale and size for it to work but had to keep changing those after each entry. The amount of time wasted to accomplish this was unbelievable. I was already upset by the higher prices over the last couple of years but I am now ready to pull the trigger and research other tax programs. In addition to the billing issue, you cannot use 5 devices for one program as advertised. I purchased the download as my Win 10 computer doesn't have a CD drive, neither my MAC. After creating an Intuit account, the download only showed the windows version and I was unable to download to my MAC. I called customer service who didn't seem to understand the problem after 40 mins on the phone, no lie, he hung up on me. Thanks TurboTax.
