Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful experience filing this year I have long loved turbo tax but this year I had an error on my account that was not understood by more than 4 of your support team members and it took me over 24 hours and Thankfullly, Jori who was the 4th escalated attempt to fix. It is always so easy but this year it was stressful and disappointing. If the error could have just explained there was a hold on my account, the first call at midnight would have helped your team fix it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Comprehensive It had been a while since using TurboTax, but I found it to be easy and intuitive, while being comprehensive at the same time. It was very simple to navigate back and forth and update fields and forms as needed. We ended up owing Federal, but the explanation as to why was informative for the future. The only problem I had was an issue with email verification, but I was able to figure it out from the forums in order to file successfully.
