Rated 2 out of 5 by from Printing For Filing Year after year, same mistake. They really push direct deposit, but NJ will not accept NR filers for direct deposit. But TT thinks thats ok, amends the form with the direct deposit check box and then wont print because its not an error. Just what you need at the 11th hour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy, barely an inconvenience! Went into it thinking that doing taxes would take all day. With Turbotax, less than 2 hours! Very quick and easy and they were still able to get me a nice refund!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never again! I have used Turbo Tax for years. This year, I was unable to file without selecting Audit Defense. Even after selecting that option, I couldn't move forward. After calling Intuit customer service, I was advised that there were issues with the Turbo Tax handoff and had to purchase the Audit Defense directly from their site. Still, there was no way around it in the Turbo Tax software. Lots of discussion about this issue online, so it is obviously a software issue. Unfortunately, it's a software issue that could have serious financial implications for people. This is a software that should work.
