Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Satisfied with TurboTax Overall, it is a good product. However, I wish that there would be more explanation of some things. At the beginning, it seemed I HAD to choose a package before I could move on and start my return. In the end, I was charged for the package I chose. I thought that when it was all said and done that it would zero it out, like in previous years. It did not. I had always understood that what I pay for on a monthly basis for QB included the Fed and State returns for $0. I did call and talk to a couple of people, and they are working to refund the charges. They were very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. However, I also would like to see the Customer Service, etc., handled in the US, not in a foreign country. What happened to Made in the USA? or in this case, jobs in the USA? Are we not proud of our country anymore? Ok, off the soap box. Again, they were helpful, just a little hard to understand at times.

Needed to make two calls, but both of the individuals I spoke with were knowledgeable and quickly helped me through the process.
