Rated 4 out of 5 by from overall turbo tax is very helpful Fore the most part the questions asked by Turbo tax helped me navigate the system, except for the questions regarding health care coverage. It asked if I was covered under a HDHP, which I am but I am covered under my husbands plan not my own. The answer to the question is not family but none. This is not answering the question correctly, but is what turbo tax wants. I suggest to change the question to get the information turbo tax wants. I think TT wants to know if I had my own HDHP, so ask it that way or in () next to none put check this if you are covered by a spouse of significant other's plan. Also it was difficult to find where to put in my IP pin. If this is used in past years have it automatically come up. Thanks for all the help Marie

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not great This was the first year I tried turbo tax. I paid to have everything e-filed. There was a section of information that I could not enter info becuase I did not get it, the help section in turbo tax said that I did not have to fill it in due to the reason why I did not et the information. But yet, it would not let me e-file without the information it told me I didn't need. So I paid to have things e-filed and now have to print and mail everything any way. and I saw nothing about getting any partial refund for the e-file payments. Not the best. Will try something else next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Good Experience. Not perfect but that's what I get for waiting until the last minute! Some things have changed since I used this a few years ago. Had to upload my ID and didn't have my previous return ready to reference. 2024 will not wait until the deadline! Overall good experience and now it's done for another year!
