Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax-Needs more details So I have been using this product for almost 10 years. I feel like the 2022 experience was not as good as in previous years. There were not as many explanations and some pages had no extra info at all describing what was happening in a particular tax situation or even what the acronyms meant. It would be of great help if Turbo tax had a detailed explanation for each page and tax situation. Having it for some pages but not others made the process a bit more difficult.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Empowering! I have filed with Turbo Tax for 6 years now. The website is encouraging, straightforward and makes filing taxes simple. I appreciate being able to be empowered to file them myself through their website instead of having to find a business in person.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is disappointing Turbo Tax, no doubt, has great tax filing skills but disappointing skills in compassion. I cannot understand why Turbo Tax would take more than half of the tax return of a senior citizen who needs every legitimate bit! That is very dissapointing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax beat TaxAct this year TurboTax was easy and straightforward. I've been using TaxAct for the last few years, but this year it had some errors that it couldn't correct which caused me not to receive a refund. That was resolved with TurboTax.
