It has been amazing to watch the progress of the software, integration with so many other data sources and tracking this over time. So much easier and so consistent! Thank you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was disappointed this time by Turbo Tax I'll have to admit the mistake was probably mine. I thought we had completed the process at the time we had printed the tax return. I had been waiting for abnormally long time to see the direct deposit of State and Federal returns, so went back into Turbo tax and discovered that we had not completed the process. As a result, instead of filing a month early, we have filed a month late. I really wish a couple of weeks prior to 4/15 we had seen an email or text alert "you are almost done filing - check into Turbo Tax now to complete your return and file on time by xx/xx/xxxx . I know you have the information. That's not to say I do not consider Turbo Tax a great and easy to use product. It is, and we will continue to use it to process our taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bc when I finished mine and sent it on it don't go My experience was completely shut bc I finished my return for it not to go through but to still be un finished and never sent in like they said if I get lucky get it y'all might keep a customer might loose one

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worse ever service you will see It tells you that it is free but it costs lots more than an accountant. They charge customers without any consent, even the screen where you submit your credit card details does not have any $ amount that this app will charge you. You will end up with a surprising fee. I tried to cancel the service but the customer service was very mean and said I have to pay even if I want to cancel. I wanted to cancel the service but no one will help. Everything I see is against the terms and conditions and basic customer service and all the US laws. And worst of all the application seems to sell all customer data to another company, you will see that you will be pushed to use financial institutions for your refund and credit monitoring companies.
