Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little disappointed. Turbo tax features are and were a great help. The only issue I had was I asked for support to call me back due to an issue I was having. No one ever did call back. This is where the disappointment comes in.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from state return incorrect The state return did not deduct the LA State Employee Retirement System income. Code 02E. Did not know until i was able to see the returns. Then it was too late to not file the state without not filing the federal return. So now I will have to file an amended state return.
