Rated 2 out of 5 by from What a Mess!!! When it came time to file my Virginia State electronically the $25 credit card payment would not be accepted. So I went to the help screen and called a help line. Got the payment to go through but needed a conformation number which would not come up. She suggested that I wait 72 hours and call back for the number which I did, So that was a disaster trying to figure out what was wrong and eventually we were disconnected. Start All over again!!!!!! So I called again new person I couldn't get her to understand that I needed a conformation number and that Turbo Tax was locked out we were disconnected Again!!!!!!. By now our taxes were late in filing so I have to pay a penalty and I paid you $25.00 for nothing!!!! I finally did it the old fashioned way and mailed my taxes to Virginia. 3 hours later they are in an envelope.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is more complicated than usual This year there are more complicated forms that are new and difficult to deal with. I still like that I can do the forms a little at a time and just start back where I left off. I've used TurboTax for many years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too expensive Thought I was paying 203 for live support and state. Didn't know I had to pay for slower service on my refund electronically into my acct. Credit karma didn't recognize my phone.number and for that I get slower service for 39 additional dollars of mine. Thanks a lot.
