Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Code Verification Need various or alternative ways to receive verification code if mobile phone number on one's profile or record has not been updated or changed. I had difficult time receiving code for logging into the Intuit Account sign-in. I had to resort to sign in as guest user to pay for softwares or fees in efiling. Your online rep was not helpful and I had to resort to guest user.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charges way too much I’ve used TurboTax every year and never had to pay as much as I had to this year. So many issues with getting stuff filed as well and the only reason I stuck with them is because they have my tax history. Waste of my money

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've used TurboTax for years.... Love that I can start it, save it, and get back to where I left off. Great that it reminds of things I might have missed and questions other items.... Miss all the funny stuff! Bring it back....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Calculation Error Added extra tax for qualified 529 withdrawl, so I deleted the entry. Last year did not correctly calculate mortgage interest from loan that was sold + refinance. These are simple, yet costly mistakes with the software. Going to download and fill out forms myself next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax can empower you to do your own taxes Turbotax has tons of helpful info and an easy to use layout that will not only walk you through your taxes but also explain how the process works. You can more or less have as much or as little explanation as you like. Thanks to auto-saving your progress you can also file at your own pace. And of course there are live experts on chat any time you need extra help.
