Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax fails Could not import Quickbooks online data. Turbotax blames Quickbooks and Quickbooks blames Turbotax. Long holds only to be disconnected. Employees don't want to be bothered because they know it's an Intuit mess with no answers. Migrating to Desktop was a mess that ended up not importing into Turbotax. What's the point, I had to enter all my data manually. What am I paying for??

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stop showing me animations and confusing questions Turbotax tries to insert many "helpful" questions that end up making things more difficult and time consuming. Some of these questions lead to errors, especially in more complicated tax situations. TurboTax is fine for basic wage-income tax filing, but becomes cumbersome and leads to errors in more complicated situations. Also, the animations are really a waste of time. This system should be more concise and fast and not try to entertain me.
