Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long time user Having built up a collection of CDs from Turbo Tax for many years, I have both appreciated the software and have a love-hate relationship with it. It mostly has to do with the query mode, or lack thereof. While engrossed in the details of inputing data, there's no good option of typing in a question in the "Open Form" option, like "Which form do I access Sec199g data?" I've had to pull up my previous year's return to find it out. I do like when the asset entry button shows up on other entry worksheets, which makes the addition of more equipment quicker. And please, do not require use of the cloud as a condition to purchase. Standalone is the only way for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from State Return Calculation Error Caused Frusteration I have typically used TurboTax for filing tax returns because of its automation and accuracy, but this year (2022) I had an issue where TurboTax double-counted my state tax withholdings, leading to an overstatement of my expected return. Despite trying to troubleshoot the problem using the FAQs, I was unable to correct the issue and ended up having to submit incorrect tax documents to the state. As a result, I have lost confidence in TurboTax's claimed 100% accuracy and plan to use another service or a tax attorney next year.
