It would be a tremendous help to be able to upload documents from financial institutions. Most trusts have investments, and having to entire this manually is antiquated. I know that the IRS already has that info, so why can't it be imported here.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
