Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed with it TurboTax is user friendly but it's so disappointing that they are charging you $120 to file for federal & $60 to file for state when you are doing all the work yourself, this used to be free. It's pretty ridiculous just how much they are charging, next year i'll just had all my forms to a tax expert & pay the same thing & not spend hours of my time doing it myself.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quick & Easy Except For Ridiculous Fees Been using TurboTax for awhile after switching from H&R Block because of their ridiculous fees. Now it seems I'll have to switch to a different service for the same reason--or just hire a professional for cheaper! I think it's ridiculous that they charge you a fee to be able to take the filing fees out of your Fed Refund. It used to be free. I don't need all this extra protection benefits crap. I simply want to file my taxes and move on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Continuous Errors On the 1099 INT form, Turbo Tax enters the wrong State. This is not an easy correction to make. , You have to delete the form and re-enter the form manually. From the reviews, it seems this is an ongoing problem that has not been fixed! That is unacceptable
