Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as good as I had hoped for. My tax professional was more expensive but got a greater return. At the end of the filing with Turbo Tax it almost forced me to add $45 for Audit Defense which I did not want. It took a while to get around it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very fast but still confusing Its great that its so quick. But I still get hung up on such minor things. I do nothing except work and pay taxes and pay my mortgage and property taxes. Nothing else, no special situations. Technically it should take me about 15 minutes. But I need to keep going back and forth because of all the little gimmicks that are obviously there to confuse customers. it took me 15 minutes to figure out what my final bill was. try it. I paid with PayPal but I didn't see the actual total until I finalized my purchase. Sure it was buried in the PayPal jargon "4 easy payments of $44/month" = ~$178? okay I get it. My final bill was ~$198 after taxes but I didn't see that until after I paid.
