I had a lot of changes this year, ALOT, so I was already nervous going into it this year but the software and website is built really well to navigate through the process with simplicity. At the end I had some issues and an agent was able to walk me through the process of sorting it out with ease.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Always upcharged Filing is fine. I made sure not to choose premium or anything this year, and somehow ended up being charged for it anyway... Not the first time and won't be the last although I tell myself to use real people (non-turbo tax) every year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's Convenient It's Convenient. My dislike is that I chose the package with the live person and did not need to use it but was still charged. I could have deleted all and went to a lower costing software but I was too invested, I had already done enough. I'm just disappointed because the price goes up every year. Next year, I'll opt for a different software.
