Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way to expensive I sold 1 stock on 2022 and I had to upgrade to the "premium" version of the software. It ended up costing me $200. The local tax place charges $150. I will not be using TurboTax again next year

There were portions of my return that I had difficulty with but the expert that I was assigned was very helpful and knowledgeable. We did get disconnected but she called me right back. She stayed on the line with me until I finished my return. Thanks goodness!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfied again! So glad I got myself into gear and paid my yearly visit to Turbo Tax. I'm so happy to have entered all my data and have this checked off the list. I'll be waiting for my refund now. That wasn't so bad, I don't know why I make such a fuss when they make it so simple.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It would be a lot harder without TurboTax What I appreciate the most, is the ability to have TurboTax guide me through the process. I could not Imagin doing this by hand, not know what the next step would be. So, for that feature I'm very grateful.
