Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is reliable and dependable I've used TurboTax for many years. Other than having to wait on 8915-F, I've always had a great experience and been able to get my taxes done very early in the process. I trust TurboTax and will continue to use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Rules! Hrblock assistant took over 1k In fees... it was faster. But half of refund was gone During Covid recovery thanks to them.. so I'm back with turbo from now on. It really felt unrealistic with how my last return was handled w Block. And now they are Blocked* thanks for making it easy Turbo. And I felt like it was pretty reasonable and easy to enter my Schedule C. Which is usually hard and costly. But it was effortless. Thank Goodness. I feel relieved. :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than HRBlock! Though things were a little unclear for my unique situation, this generally flowed better with less weird buggy unfixable errors than HRBlock software. Still some hiccups that took some fixing, but NYC taxes are strange.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy, intuitive, and speedy I have used TurboTax several times and always had a decent opinion of the service. However, this year...... the "error checks" and info review failed to pick up empty boxes on my w2.....which obviously greatly affected my taxes. LUCKILY, I found the mistake myself. I thought it would work more safely to upload my w2s but lots of info was not transferred in the process. It was the difference of paying in several hundred or getting refunded thousands!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is so convenient! First time doing our own taxes and TurboTax made it so easy! It pre-filled a lot of information by linking to other accounts and also readily had answers available to certain sections I had no knowledge on.
