Rated 2 out of 5 by from Upset about extra sneeky charge I really like using Turbo Tax until I got to the end when I had to pay. All through I chose the option to pay $59 for my state return and I did not want the deluxe option which was an additional $59. At the end the extra charge was added making my total $118, Extra money that I had no need to spend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great for convenience I've been using Turbo Tax for a decade now. Was great for many years, but now overpriced. I will not use them again after this filing. Unfortunately, I chose convenience for this years filing, as I had already prepared them prior to the final billing. It will be the same price to see a live accountant or tax preparer moving forward. Unfortunate that TT couldnt remain affordable for regular tax payers.

I continue to use Turbo Tax every year because they continue to make it so easy and reliable and it makes preparing your own taxes very easy and secure!
