Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees There are so many hidden fees in this program that they don’t make you aware of until it is time to submit. It seems that they always make it so that you have to upgrade to their deluxe software so that you must pay them a higher filing fee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick & Simple They made the process very fast and easy to use. Very little to no confusion about what is being asked of you, and there is always support/help nearby if you have questions! I also like that it is very convenient in terms of navigation. Affordable as well.

I started using TurboTax when I started working and I've never had a reason to leave. It's worked perfectly for where I'm at in life and it cuts down the stress I see my peers go through that meet with tax advisors each year. I love TurboTax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from its ok it was really easy but i was supposed to do the free taxes and you ended up charging me 98.00, i only work part time, i shouldnt have had to pay anything, just saying. if its supposed to be free, then dont charge people.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax did the job Generally took care of everything and helped explain the tax forms. Unable to clear system error on Foreign Tax paid, which were under $300 so had to forgo a credit. I spent many hours trying to fix this.
