Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better Than Hiring an Accountant The automated entry and advice along the way are as good or better than an accountant....and if they're not enough, the support staff are even better. The first year using it is the hardest, but then, every year after, the software remembers your previous work and helps you even more!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is helpful, the signature PIN not so muc I have refiled twice this year because I was not using last year's 5 digit signature PIN. This is not to be confused with IRS PI PIN. Wish it was clearer on the Turbo Tax form, not just "or use any 5 digit number"! The refile merry-go-round is not fun!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax gets the job done! Second year using Turbo Tax. Completing year end taxes is always a tough thing to do. However, with Turbo Tax, the process is as easy as it can ever be. When things don't make sense, you simply open a chat session and experts walk you through the process. Not just with a chat session, but online control of your screen so they can show you exactly what to enter and where. Love Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Filing Taxes Made Simple As a longtime customer and user of TurboTax, I have enjoyed the simplicity of filing my taxes, sometimes complicated, using this platform, and I have had nothing but peace of mind knowing that my returns are accurate and very easy to file. TurboTax offers other services to further my peace of mind like AuditDefense, etc., making the entire process virtually worry free. In addition, all my prior returns are accessible anytime I wish to review them or even save them to my PC. I always go with the best, and IMO, TurboTax IS The Best!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good to get them done quickly I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. Turbo Tax has allowed me to get my taxes done quickly. I am NOT happy with their fee increases though. It is getting more and more expensive for me to file my taxes. Turbo Tax does not know the ins and outs of tax laws like a CPA or accountant will. Turbo Tax does not get me additional monies back. Also, do not sign up for their "Review your taxes with a live person" option. No live person reviewed my taxes. I ended up paying an addition $50 for a stupid computer animation.
