But this year, I retired and had some tax questions and was unable to file my taxes until a Live agent shared my screen and walked me through to a successful solution. My only issue is that you cannot always easily go back and change the answer to a question when realize you answered incorrectly. The search for help works well when you cannot find where to enter a specific tax form.

I had to consult a tax person to get through and make sure I was doing it right. Mostly it was do to military income and inheritance income. Understand this is unique situation but 3% of the population is military and we require assistance some times. The question block never made me feel comfortable.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
