Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Sucks I engaged with a live person. My issue was that my AGI was rejected 2x by the IRS. The person I spoke essentially shrugged his shoulders and said they couldn't determine whether it was a TT issue or an IRS issue and at 9 PM on the tax filing day suggested I mail my returns. Turbotax Sucks and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a bit frustrating You did not even populate my address. You do not populate information from previous years. It is frustrating and incomplete. And in regards to this survey, you are asking for my nickname and when I type it you are telling me it is too short! My nickname is 3 letters. Extremely frustrating.
