Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is super easy to use!! I have been using TurboTax for a few years now to file my taxes and have always loved how easy they make it for you! My husband also made the switch from going to Jackson Hewitt to have them done to filing with TurboTax and was amazed with how easy and how much money he saved!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrating Process My tax experts were awesome. TurboTax experience overall was frustrating. I was matched with my first expert, she completed my return, and while I was waiting to checkout and file, I got an email from TurboTax that my "Full Service" was cancelled. I did not cancel, and I did not wait longer than a few days to checkout and file. So I had to re-do the whole process, was matched with a different expert, and ended up wasting a lot of time. Both experts were great, but TurboTax in general was frustrating.
