I tried to use the return phone call option and got a phone call first time but no one on line and never got a return call on the 2nd request. I do not feel I got my money's worth. I do understand it was filed at last minute and it is good all year but still was not able to use service when needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from First Time Self Filer This was my first time ever doing my taxes. I felt like this was a pretty good experience for a first time self filer. I liked how it was organized section by section and that made it less overwhelming. I liked the "what is this" question mark answers. They were, for the most part, helpful in response to my questions. I did feel at times they were a little too vague. I would have liked if they had either a visual (like where on your tax documents) or even a link to the IRS website. I wish the bookmark section you could write more and it would highlight or tag the exact box you were questioning. Or even a way to flag a box to let you know to come back to it. All around, I did feel like it was a pretty good program and it was definitely easier than filling out the paper version! Yikes!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had trouble this year following along Taylor helped me a lot to get the codes in to pay for the tax program as I had purchased it at Cosco but had to use a different computer this year and it would not take the code I had.
