Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over Priced - WIll not handle everything for you I paid for the premium package to have someone do all my taxes for me, including the upgrade since I sold a home and moved and had a rental property. The CPA just kept saying "yes" and when it came time to do Taxes, I spent close to 4-5 hours on the phone with the actual Tax Specialist, Havital, who was very helpful, but it took almost a week to get my forms filed, I had to look up county documents and perform math because the Tax specialist stated Turbo Tax and her Manager there prohibited her from doing that herself, including looking up to see if i was in a special district or not. I just recently moved to CO and am not a tax expert, but I felt like i had to do a ton of work over the 6 days myself. I've used Turbo Tax for a number of years now and always paid extra for the "Expert Review" but my 2021 expert review actually had me amend the previous 3 years, and then come to find out this year, that was all incorrectly done as well. Havital was a life saver for doing it this year, and I know she does not control the price, but I paid well over $600 for services through Turbo Tax and felt like I did a lot of the leg work on this and Turbo Tax made Havital's job a living hell to get everything figured out and squared away.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is terrible Used a different account from last year. They made us upgrade to premium and told because we invest in stocks we have to use premium. We didn't have to upgrade in previous years. After submitting, we had to upload our tax information from last year. We couldn't be logged into both accounts at the same time. Very frustrating!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Michigan E-file Fee makes Less Desirable Turbo Tax is easy to use and does what I need. The reallybad thing is they charge you $25 to E-file Michigan taxes. There are others just as good that don't charge for that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tax expert was helpful but Turbo Tax fees pricey I earned a small amount of money in self-employment last year. I only had a few business expenses to deduct. Nevertheless, because I received a 1099-NEC, I had to file a Schedule C. The amount I had to pay to file this document was rather high, as a percentage of the income I earned.
